All service prices displayed on our website and proposals are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to existing clients.

Monthly plans are billed on the same date each month from the day you sign up. You'll receive an invoice by email before each charge is processed. Annual billing is available upon request at a further discounted rate.

Google Ads and Meta Ads management fees cover strategy, setup, and ongoing management only. Ad spend budgets are separate and billed directly through Google and Meta to your own payment method. We do not mark up ad spend.

Website and setup packages are one-time fees charged upfront. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion before the site goes live.

When you combine two or more of our monthly services — such as Website Management, AI Receptionist, Google My Business, Google Ads, or Meta Ads — you automatically receive 25% off the combined monthly total. The discount is applied to the management fees only and is reflected on your invoice.

Bundle pricing applies to active monthly plans only. One-time packages and ad spend budgets are not eligible for the bundle discount. The discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers or coupon codes.

If you remove a service from your bundle, the bundle discount no longer applies to the remaining services and pricing reverts to standard individual plan rates from the next billing cycle.

Certain plans include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. No charges are made during the first 7 days. After the trial ends, the subscription continues and standard monthly billing begins unless cancelled.

After the initial 7-day period, the current billing cycle is non-refundable. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Your service continues until the end of the paid period.

Website and setup packages are non-refundable once work has commenced, as resources and time are allocated immediately upon receipt of your deposit. If a project is cancelled before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full.

There are no long-term contracts. Cancel any monthly plan with 7 days' written notice before your next billing date. We do not charge early termination fees.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in CAD. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card provider are outside our control.
